Gibbs's Mind Is Blown April Showers Bringing May Destruction
I've lived here for 27 years and I have never seen anything like this. Picture
on the right was taken yesterday, left is one used for average river
height reference. Seriously! I've actually stood taking pictures
underneath this bridge which is now completely noah's ark'd out in
water. The river is expected to rise to 22ft if this rain
keeps up, which could potentially start flooding the streets of Grand
Rapids. People are already reporting 3-4ft of rainwater in basements,
2ft of water covering entire backyards. Some of the busiest roads in the
city are being flooded over, cars underwater. This is insane, and IT'S
STILL RAINING!
